PRESENTS A  SEMINAR

Modelling magnetic field effects on ferromagnetic materials

Speaker:

Mr.  Ibrahim Abdulrahman Al-Shehri

Date: Monday, 05 December 2022
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Location: Bldg. 6/Room 125

Abstract:

Using atomistic modelling, we can study the details of magnetic material such as the dynamics and interaction of spins and the material phase transitions with temperature. We will use software packages to simulate the interactions and plot the phase transitions.

PRESENTS A  SEMINAR

Dilute Magnetic Semiconductor Materials

Speaker:

Mr.  Sulieman, Ali Alnoor Abaker

Date: Monday, 05 December 2022
Time: 11:25 a.m.
Location: Bldg. 6/Room 125

Abstract:

Dilute magnetic semiconductor materials are a class of semiconductor materials which doped with tiny quantities of transition metals, these materials combine both electric and magnetic properties, and they are emerged lately and the main potential applications of them are spintronic devices which are devices that are expected to improve the performance of our traditional electronics devices in terms of power consumption, faster in speed operation and a new form of information computation

All faculty, researchers and students are invited to attend.
